We’re a female-led, boutique company that thinks of our team as family – a creative bunch of artists bound together by our originality, attention to detail and commitment to making every show a masterpiece.

Our name stems from the idea that perfection is overrated. We know that drawing from a diverse range of life experiences is the best way to create unique events you’ll never get anywhere else. We see the beauty in what others would consider flaws, and give our team the freedom to be authentically themselves.

A former performer, Jane leads the vision for our work, brings the magic of the theatre to any venue and acts as an advocate for the team and performers everywhere.

Company Manager

Still an active part of the performance team, Delle has performed with the company for many years and now heads up our operations, taking pride in delivering excellence in all that we do.

Charlotte Stafford-Heffer

Creative Designer

She heads up the artistic team that create the themed make-up and costume looks the company is famous for.
