The Team
We’re a female-led collection of creative professional artists bound together by our originality, attention to detail and commitment to making every project a masterpiece.
It takes people from theatre to understand its power, process and challenges. We believe that having been in the very shoes our performers now wear, we are best placed to know exactly what is needed to bring the best out of every member of the team.
On the more practical fronts we are also experts at casting who having been the auditionee, the panel and the show producer. We intrinsically know what cross over talents are essential, who works effectively with who and just how much time we need to sign, seal and deliver something out of this world!
Team Members
Jane Coulston - CEO
Jane has always been a creator at heart and was thinking about choreographing and directing before she even learned the steps to fill the gaps. To her, artistry is everything and that was what she felt was missing from many events she attended in the past before founding the company. She saw there was a complete disconnect between the events industry and the professional theatres, that ‘acts’ were purely being made and pitched to fill a gap at an event rather than be a true and integral part of it. Her ambition was to bring the very best performers from across creative genres together and create the same way we would for any other work commission, with artistry, integrity and heart.
Led by Jane Beyond Repair was originally a touring dance company and will always have dance and choreography at its roots, essentially every event is choreographed and so is any creation in film and theatre. It has a start and finish and a range of beautiful meaningful steps in between that are fine tuned and designed. Otherwise it is pedestrian and Jane believes BRE are here to amplify the ordinary, not deliver more of the same.
Jane is passionate about championing female leadership and would love to see more women in the rooms where it happens (Hamilton reference if you didn’t get that) It hasn’t always been an easy journey as a female leader, her aim is to make it easier for every woman walking her path.
Jane trained as professional dancer and creative at the Prestigious Trinity Laban Conservotoire of Music and Dance.

Delle Evans - Head of Creative Events
Delle has been with BRE for 12 years, six as an exceptional dancer and further six as our fabulous Company Manager. Day-to-day Delle crosses the T’s and dots the I’s to make sure BRE runs as smoothly offstage as it does on. She is the first point of contact at most curated entertainment events, keeping things organised so that the rest of our team can come in and focus on developing and delivering amazing performances without having to worry about anything else. Essentially, she makes sure everybody has the physical and metaphorical space to do their job as best they can.
Like Jane, she is also Trinity Laban a LABAN-trained dancer and qualified fitness trainer, but now that she has swapped her Lycra for logistics and leadership. You’re more likely to find her liaising with clients, managing events and making sure the finer details are taken care of. She is also passionate about looking after our performers and clients so that everyone comes away from a BRE event looking forward to the next one. She really believes in making everyone in the process feel valued and respected and giving them the freedom to flourish creatively.
She loves connecting with people, taking the stress away from an event and helping our clients move beyond off-the-shelf packages to create space for magic to happen. She is proud that we do things differently at BRE and that we’ve created an environment where there’s room for everybody to help put some love into the world of entertainment. Delle finds every project exhilarating. She takes pride in showcasing the company’s incredible talent as industry pioneers who produce work filled with colour, precision, dynamism and creative heart.
